Marshall Health Network celebrates employees during Hospital Week

Tuesday, May 12, 2026

Hospitals are places where skill, compassion and teamwork come together to care for people when it matters most. During National Hospital Week (May 10-16), Marshall Health Network (MHN) is recognizing more than 10,000 employees across nearly 130 locations whose work touches lives every day across the Tri-State.

Hospital Week is a celebration of the many individuals who keep healthcare moving, from physicians, nurses and clinical teams to food service, housekeeping, registration, maintenance, administrative support and countless others who play an essential role in delivering safe, high-quality care.

“Hospital Week is a time to celebrate the people who make our mission possible,” said Scott Raynes, president and CEO of MHN. “Every employee, in every role, contributes to the care and comfort of our patients. Whether working at the bedside, behind the scenes or in our communities, your work matters and your impact is felt every day.”

Throughout the week, hospitals and locations across the network will host appreciation events, celebrations and activities honoring employees and the vital work they do. Marshall Health Network will also recognize team members celebrating milestone service anniversaries, including several employees reaching an extraordinary 45 years of service, along with many others marking 30 and 35 years, a reflection of the deep commitment and continuity that defines the organization.

During Hospital Week and every week, Marshall Health Network celebrates the people whose skill, kindness and commitment make healing happen.
