Marshall Health Network hospitals receive U.S. News & World Report recognition

Two Marshall Health Network hospitals earned recognitions in the 2026-2027 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals Rankings & Ratings, with Cabell Huntington Hospital and St. Mary's Medical Center earning High Performing designations in multiple adult procedures and conditions. 

The High Performing designation recognizes hospitals that achieve significantly better-than-expected outcomes in commonly performed procedures and conditions, helping patients make informed decisions about their care. 

Cabell Huntington Hospital was recognized as High Performing in Hip Replacement and Knee Replacement. 

St. Mary's Medical Center earned High Performing recognition in Heart Bypass Surgery, Hip Fracture and Hip Replacement.

The annual U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals rankings evaluate hospitals nationwide on patient outcomes, experience, staffing and other measures across a range of specialties, procedures and conditions. Hospitals receiving a High Performing designation demonstrate significantly better-than-expected outcomes in the areas evaluated.
