Marshall Health Network Clinic & Office Closures for Holiday Season

Marshall Health Network clinics and administrative offices will have varied hours in observance of the Christmas holiday.

Marshall Health Clinics and Offices

All clinics and offices will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1, including walk-in clinics. 

Pediatric NowCare will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan 1. NowCare will resume normal clinic hours Thursday, Dec. 26, but will have modified clinic hours, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 31 (New’s Year’s Eve).

Additional clinic closures include: 

• Marshall Dentistry and Oral Surgery - Monday, Dec. 23
• Marshall Orthopaedics – Thursday, Dec. 26
• Marshall Family Medicine – Saturday, Dec. 28
• Marshall OB/GYN – Closing at noon, Tuesday, Dec. 31
• Marshall Pediatrics (excluding NowCare) – Tuesday, Dec. 31

Marshall Pharmacy's Marshall University Medical Center location will remain open normal hours, including all holidays. 

Cabell Huntington Hospital Clinics and Offices

All Cabell Huntington Hospital clinics and offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25.

Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, located on the Cabell campus, will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan 1.

CHH Family Urgent Care Center will close at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 31. Urgent Care will be closed all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Both the main campuses of Cabell Huntington Hospital and Hoops Family Children’s Hospital will remain open throughout the holiday.

St. Mary’s Medical Center Clinics and Offices

All St. Mary’s Medical Management clinics and offices will close at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, and be closed all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

SMMC Urgent Care will close at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24 and be closed all day on Wednesday, Dec. 25. Urgent Care will resume normal clinic hours Thursday, Dec. 26 and be open on Wednesday, Jan. 1.

The main hospital campus will remain open throughout the holiday

HIMG and Scott Orthopedic Center will close at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24 and will be closed all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan 1.

HIMG NowCare will close at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 31. NowCare will be closed all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Rivers Health Clinics and Offices

All Rivers Health clinics, including the Regional Health Center, will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

RH Urgent Care will close at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24 and will be closed all day Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

The main hospital campus will remain open throughout the holiday.

Tele-NOW Care

Tele-NOW Care will maintain its regular hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) throughout December, except for Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan 1, when it will be closed in observance of the holidays.
