In his new role, Creasy will be responsible for stewarding Catholic identity, strengthening church relations, ensuring the centrality of the mission in strategy and growth, nurturing spiritual health, promoting organizational and clinical ethics and advocating for persons affected by poverty and the underserved.

"As a mission leader, I seek to foster a mission-driven culture that permeates throughout St. Mary’s and enhances relationships with the institutional church," Creasy said. “I look forward to helping each employee live the mission and values of the Pallottine Missionary Sisters and to helping the community understand our commitment to continuing the faith-based legacy of St. Mary’s. Though St. Mary’s has experienced many changes in the past few years, we still are St. Mary’s. We must make a choice to let our mission drive all that we do, including our support to the greater mission of Marshall Health Network."
