Pleasant Valley Hospital Sports Medicine and Therapy Services offering sports physicals at Mason County Schools

Pleasant Valley Hospital Sports Medicine and Therapy Services is offering sports physicals for student athletes at Mason County Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

Kylen Whipp, MD, and Charlotte Reed, FNP-BC, will provide the physicals for a $10 fee, which will be donated back to the school the student attends.

Physicals will be available at the following locations and times:

Monday, May 22
Wahama Junior/Senior High School Gymnasium, 9:30 a.m. to noon
Ashton Elementary School, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Tuesday, May 23
Point Pleasant High School Gymnasium, 8 a.m. to noon

Thursday, May 25
Hannan Junior/Senior High School Nurse Practitioner's Office, 9:30 a.m. to noon

Friday, May 26
New Haven Elementary, 8 to 9:15 a.m.
Point Pleasant Intermediate School, 10:30 a.m. to noon

Students are asked to bring their completed physical forms, which can be obtained from the principal’s office at each school.
