Rivers Health invites community to Ladies Night Out on Oct. 13

Marshall Health Network - Rivers Health will host Ladies Night Out, an evening focused on women’s health, wellness and connection, on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the hospital’s main lobby.

The free community event will offer breast exams, local vendors, paraffin wax treatments and door prizes in a relaxed, welcoming environment. 

“Ladies Night Out is an opportunity for women in our community to take a little time for themselves while also making their health a priority,” said Kylie Scott, WHNP-BC, a certified women’s health care nurse practitioner at Rivers Health. “We want women to feel comfortable asking questions, connecting with local resources and taking simple steps that can support their health and well-being.”

The event also provides an opportunity to encourage women to make breast health part of their regular health care routine.

Ladies Night Out will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Rivers Health, 2520 Valley Drive in Point Pleasant. Attendees are encouraged to bring a friend and enjoy the evening.
